Shipping & Returns Information
Shipping is FREE to any mainland UK address on all orders OVER £50. Anything under £50 is subject to our standard shipping rate of £5.
We primarily use DPD which is fully trackable and delivery is usually within 24 hours on work days. Most listings on the website will mention the courier used for delivery in the additional information section. Should you order an item on a Friday, delivery will usually be on the following Monday. Receive next day if ordered before 1PM Mon-Fri. All orders after this cut off time will be processed and shipped the next working day (orders after 1PM on a Friday will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday).
Please note that ordering close to 1PM does not guarantee next day delivery. Due to payment processing we may not receive the order until after 1PM which means it will be shipped the following working day.
Please be advised, our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. If you have queries about your delivery itself, please contact the couriers or use your tracking number to locate the parcel. We cannot change shipping addresses or delivery options on customers' behalf after the item is shipped.
We use DPD for larger items like desktops and laptops and Royal Mail for smaller items like mice and peripherals. Items shipped by DPD will require a signature. Smaller items normally have a delivery time of 2-3 working days.
We can ONLY ship to mainland UK & Ireland and Northern Ireland addresses. We cannot ship to the following: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Africa, Europe, Asia, Oceania, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central America and Caribbean, North America, South America.
All delivery times are subject to change, especially during peak processing.
Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately on 0333 123 2004 should there be a problem.
Should there be a fault with the item within the first 30 days of purchase we will provide you with a Returns Label to retrieve the device and either repair it or issue a replacement or potential refund.
If a Returns Label is required, we will email it to you as a PDF attachment and advise of your nearest drop off point. The label needs to be printed out and secured to the box of the item you are returning. You then take the item to the drop off point, (we will email you the address of your nearest one) the item is handed in and then we will receive it usually within 48 hours.
If an item is not faulty but you are within the return window, you can send the item back to us at your cost, and we will issue you with a full refund once the item is here.
Do not return an item without notifying us first, failure to do so can result in additional charges for yourself.
After 30 days, this reverts to a return to base warranty, effectively this means you will need to pay the postage to have the item returned to us. We will still cover the cost of the repairs and to return the item to yourself.
Returning an item to us not covered by our Returns Policy or the Warranty Terms will result in a chargeable repair and/or postage fees.
When returning an item please include the following; your return address, your Order number and your contact number.
Also, please provide us with the password on the device if it has one, as failure to do so can delay the repair process.
Should there be a technical issue with your device, a refund can only be issued within the first 30 days of purchase.
Please Note: Customers in the Republic of Ireland - the cost of Returned Items will need to be paid by yourself - We can not cover the cost of your returned item as our couriers can not collect from Ireland.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly, usually within 48 hours. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note, we can fulfil our warranty, shipping and returns policies in full for all UK customers but these are subject to change should you purchase or move outside of the UK after the original purchase date. We reserve the right to void the warranty should you be abroad and in a foreign country we cannot ship to/ from.
