Warranty Terms - Better than New Warranty
All devices come with a 1-Year hardware warranty as standard.
We can offer this because of our stringent testing procedures under the Certified Refurbished policy as well as our extremely low failures rate (currently 0.12%).
Your warranty does NOT cover the following; accidental damage, damage caused by the installation of additional software, and viruses downloaded onto the device by user error.
Your warranty DOES cover: the failure of internal parts such as the hard drive, RAM, motherboards etc, if these items become faulty through normal use.
You can Upgrade your warranty to three years while purchasing your item, this is done via the option in the Checkout.
Please note, we can fulfil our warranty in full for all UK customers but the warranty is subject to change should you purchase or move outside of the UK after the original purchase date. We reserve the right to void the warranty should you be abroad and in a foreign country we cannot ship to/ from.

30 Day Money back guarantee
All devices come with a 30 day money back guarantee as standard. Should there be an issue with the device, please see our Returns and Refund policy below.
Should there be a fault with the item within the first 30 days of purchase we will provide you with a Returns Label to retrieve the device and either repair it or issue a replacement or potential refund.
If a Returns Label is required, we will email it to you as a PDF attachment and advise of your nearest drop off point. The label needs to be printed out and secured to the box of the item you are returning. You then take the item to the drop off point, (we will email you the address of your nearest one) the item is handed in and then we will receive it usually within 48 hours.
Do not return an item without notifying us first, failure to do so can result in additional charges for yourself.
After 30 days, this reverts to a return to base warranty, effectively this means you will need to pay the postage to have the item returned to us. We will still cover the cost of the repairs and to return the item to yourself.
Returning an item to us not covered by our Returns Policy or the Warranty Terms will result in a chargeable repair and/or postage fees.
When returning an item please include the following; your return address, your Order number and your contact number.
Also, please provide us with the password on the device if it has one, as failure to do so can delay the repair process.
Should there be a technical issue with your device, a refund can only be issued within the first 30 days of purchase.
Please Note: Customers in the Republic of Ireland - the cost of Returned Items will need to be paid by yourself - We can not cover the cost of your returned item as our couriers can not collect from Ireland.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly, usually within 48 hours. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
